Just as a lot of iPhone apps are better suited to being web apps (and perhaps not even apps at all), I think there are going to be a lot of iPad apps that are better suited to the iPhone, or that are going to need a major rethink for the iPad. This screen for the Dragon Dictation app is empty and quite unsatisfying:
